Shipping Information

Standard shipping (USPS First Class mail or better) is always FAST & FREE. USPS Priority shipping
and USPS Express shipping is available at our cost. We ship anywhere in the continental
United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We recommend the US Postal Service options since
that works well for our maps but also have a UPS next day option available. You select either free
shipping or a shipping upgrade during checkout. Our maps are shipped folded unless the upgrade option
to a mailing tube is selected during checkout.
Orders are shipped from our office in The Woodlands Tx. USPS first class takes 3 to 5 working days,
USGS Priority mail takes 2 to 4 working days and USPS Express is 1 to 2 day service and in most
locations will deliver on Saturday and Sunday. UPS Overnight, while expensive, will deliver by
11:30 am the next morning on working days, but does not deliver Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Orders generally leave our office the same day if your order is placed before 10:00 am cst.
USPS Express and Priority packages leave the same day if received by 12:00 pm. However with,
that said, we do strive to get all orders out the same day time permitting. Do not hesitate to send us an
email or call us toll free at 1-888-417-4792 for
special shipping or packaging needs.
We print our own maps and stock the products that we sell, which makes a backorder unlikely.
However, if an item should be backordered, MapSport will notify you immediately. You will have
the option of waiting for us to fill the "backorder" or having a full refund of your purchase price.
If a product is damaged during shipping, please accept the product and we will either replace it or
refund your money per our refund policy below. We may ask you to return the product to us (at our
expense), so we can work with the USPS to provide better service.
Return Policy

MapSport is one of the leading suppliers of maps, GPS and Backpack accessories.
We also consider ourselves to be the leader in customer service. We are happy ... only when
YOU are happy.
That is why MapSport offers a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with the
products that you receive when you order from MapSport , then simply return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include an explanation indicating why you are not happy with the product, so that we can work to resolve the issue for future
orders. You then have the choice to exchange the product for something else from MapSport, or if you prefer MapSport will
gladly refund the FULL purchase price of the product(s) which you returned to us, however, we DO NOT refund the cost of upgrading
to Priority shipping, Express shipping or Mailing tube packaging.
All refunds will be made in the same manner as you originally paid, Visa for Visa, AmEx for AmEx, etc.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice, packing slip, or at a minimum jot down your order number or list your name as it appeared
on the order and ship to the following address.
